You are asked for a deposit of £10 on booking and the balance will be collected on the day; site gates will be open from 8:30am, you will be expected to be setup by 10:30am.

Cost per pitch are calculated at £xx.00 single, and £xx double, depth of stall may not exceed boundaries marked out on the field, large pitches must be agreed prior to carnival day and will be individually priced.

You are expected to provide your own tables and canopy (gazebo), however we may have some DIY stalls available on a first come first served basis for self erection.

If you sell food you must provide evidence of a hygiene certificate when booking your stall or when requested by a member of the team on the day, you may also require public liability insurance.
