You will be required to send a deposit of £10.00 to cover your booking, without this deposit we will not reserve your pitch and your journey to the carnival may be wasted.

The balance of your booking fee will be collected on the day; site gates will be open from 8:30am, you will be expected to be setup by 10:30am.

Cost per pitch are calculated at £5.50 per linear foot, depth of stall may not exceed boundaries marked out on the field, large pitches and vehicle or towed sales areas must be agreed prior to carnival day and will be individually priced.
You may also hire a self erect stall; these are free and are available on a first come first served basis.

If you sell food you must provide evidence of a hygiene certificate when booking your stall or when requested by a member of the team on the day.
You are also required to have public liability insurance, evidence of this may be asked by any team member.
Failure to provide either of the above or failure/refusal to comply with any other legal requirement will result in you being asked to leave the site, without refund.
